Lots of doings

Rachel being blocked? Then, thank goodness, Rachel back in.

Cowards. Can you believe what nearly took place? Can you believe that owners triedto enter pre-nominated horses that had no business being in the Grade I Preakness solely to keep Rachel out?

My good pal Brendan ... if only you had seen the original rant I was posting on this saga Sunday. Then just as I hit "publish," the story changed over at Thoroughbred Times and the Allen/Zayat cabal had changed their collective mind.

I still had to find a way to use a funny illustration. It was too good to go to waste.

Here's hoping for a safe and sound Preakness!
