Why, hello there

Rachel Alexandra is in Saratoga.  We haven't met yet, kind of nervous actually, but my big horse character for the Saratoga book is on grounds.  

Today there is a NYRA luncheon at the Desmond in Colonie (I think it's Colonie).  This is to launch the Saratoga meet and get excited for it.  I'll be shadowing Mr. Hayward for his role in the Saratoga book.

This is cool stuff.

Wasn't Haywood in publishing before his career change ?

As as FYI, it's Hayward, not Haywood, and yes, he was in publishing and thinks that this book is a really good idea. He would know, right?
